I called today to request service on a 2 year old ground mounted solar power system that needed service. Very straightforward problem. The man that answered the phone refused to offer assistance or service and promptly hung up the phone. Professional? I don't think so.No. I will not remove the review. I have the correct company. Your website advertises maintenance services. You were rude and uprofessional; abruptly terminating a phone call.I would encourage any prospective clients to contact Solar Energy Solutions of America, Cape Coral. Friendly, professional, readily accepts service calls on "other companies" installations. Highly recommended!!
It’s crazy to say this but it’s true Titan Solar Rick and his team did better than my original installers. See we got hit with hurricane Ian and our installers after many attempts never got back to us about taking down our system so we could Re-roof and to top it off they wanted a small fortune. They even said we had to re-roof with their preferred roofing company to say we felt like hostages is an understatement. To top it off since the panels were originally installed they never worked right and we have had problems then Rick comes along as a referral from Best Choice Roofers the company we decided to use to re-roof. They recommended Rick and Titan Solar and with good faith we went with them and it was a better experience than our initial installers. The team took down our panels with care and stored three in our garage in an organized manner then when the time came after the new roof was installed they put everything back and tested and made sure every panel worked perfectly which it did. I highly recommend Rick and Titan Solar Techs these guys are professional and they follow through on all their promises and they know what the heck they are doing we will actually use them to maintain our system and also I will recommend them to my own personal clients.
