Avoid Pulse Turnkey at all costs. Our solar project has turned into a nightmare our solar project has dragged into 3 different calendar years now. After signing and some moderately low pacing Pulse ghosted us at 99% completion, leaving us with a half-functioning, unsafe, non-compliant system. They also recently induced a false removal of our honest Google review as real customers we posted in November. Meanwhile we see clear bot generated false 5 star reviews getting posted frequently and remain up. Our post got some attention but removing it is another morally bankrupt move. Instead we just got more empty promises of oh it's a simple fix they'll be out next day, next week, just need some supplies, and then ghosting fully again for weeks again.They failed OKC inspections twice, vanished for months, ignored dozens of messages, and left us with workmanship so poor it caused a near electrical fire that required an emergency electrician to come out to fix their shoddy non-conforming/non-certified work. We still can’t connect to our utility and hope to recover our investment.Their BBB F rating and revoked accreditation make complete sense after what we experienced—broken promises, chaotic communication, shifting blame, major delays, and employees disappearing faster than the company does. Their previous owner allegedly sold the company but we are not even sure as we have had zero communications from the supposed new owners or have them show even an once of concern about our terrible customer service or our emergency electrical work.We have extensive documentation and receipts for everything (to include an absolutely unhinged internal drama email chain with skeletons) and have a contract signed by them in November 2024 that has not been fulfilled. Nothing about our experience has been turnkey and has been beyond unprofessional and we cannot recommend them to anyone and will not be using them for any related future services.
