Our experience with Brightstar Solar has been fantastic. From the start, John and Mona Reese were professional, promptly responsive to all our questions, and never pushy while we considered quotes from other vendors. We ultimately selected Brightstar in large part due to the high level of trust we developed with the Reeses, and this trust was validated during the installation process. John provided us with a clear and thorough installation schedule, and he consistently kept us updated with any developments through completion. Following the installation, John and Mona remained responsive to our various follow-up questions and timely provided necessary tax documentation. We have been thrilled with the results of our solar project to date and cannot recommend Brightstar Solar highly enough!
