I have a system that was put in by Petersen-Dean who went out of business 5 years in to my warranty without letting customers know. My system was recently having issues. The first company I called out left me feeling frustrated and not heard. When I spoke to Julio at Sun Solar he was kind, receptive, and willing to help despite not having put the system in. When Frank came out to work on my system yesterday he was friendly, understanding and explained things well. He took his time and looked at things the previous company had not. Very good company to deal with. Austin the sales rep was very personable and straightforward with all the information. Very high quality panels with a great warranty. The installers were responsive to my requests. Roof tiles were broken and they were professionally replaced. My system is up and running and doing what they said it would do.
