Customer feedback often highlights helpful guidance during the sales and design phase, with several mentions of clear communication and courteous installers. Many reviewers report lower electric bills and successful projects that met expectations. Some comments point to smooth permitting and utility coordination. There is at least one report describing billing or paperwork timing concerns tied to utility program changes.

We live in Gainesville, FL and are on Gainesville Regional Utilities. We were working on getting solar panels around the time GRU was lowering the limited coverage. Our paperwork was done and submitted to EnLight Energy before the April 2024 deadline. Fast forward. We start getting our electric bills, they were lower, so we didn't think to much about it. After a few months with the same price, much more than we estimated, we questioned it.
We got ahold of GRU we discovered EnLight Energey FAILED to submit by the deadline even though they PROMISED us it was submitted in time. We contacted EnLight about this and of course they blame GRU and said no, they're lying, we submitted it on time.
We're now halfway through December 2025, over a year later and they still haven't done ANYTHING.
They are trying to avoid fixing their mistake that is going to cost us quite a bit over the years because THEY missed the deadline.
We've given them a lot of time and a lot of chances, would NOT recommend.

This was the best decision we have made. We added an enphase system with batteries for those occasional hurricanes. Alex was amazing in walking us through every step of the process. The installers were all courteous and easy to work with. My electric bill has decreased significantly. I am very glad we made this decision.

Top notch company. I am very happy with this company. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The customer support is great.
I’m producing more than enough energy to power my entire farm and house!
I will use them again on all of my solar projects.

Just installed solar on our house with Enlight Energy of Gainesville Fl and it was a quick and easy experience. I highly recommend them all and especially the installers. They were each very qualified and knowledgeable at doing their job. Everything went smooth and quick with permitting, utility company, and Enlight sales and management. Happy New Year to all.

When we decided to go solar, we booked an appointment with 7 different companies. As soon as we met Alex Black with EnLight.Energy, we canceled all the others. Alex is very knowledgeable, warm, and engaging . We just had our panels installed and we could not be happier with them. We highly recommend EnLight.Energy
