They were good at getting back to me and designing the system was easy. The install was fast and clean. Dealing with Hydro was painful but iSolara was very responsive and kept on top of the situation. We are now up and running and we are very happy with the results.
iSolara installed a fantastic solar system at our three-season off-grid cottage. The system itself (8 panels and 1 Tesla PowerWall) works amazingly well. We never lack for power and we can even run AC off the system. The service was outstanding both before and after purchase/installation. Albert was extremely patient with us as we considered our options. We exchanged dozens of emails with him before making our final decision. The installation was professionally done and the followup service was amazing. We are tremendously lucky to have found iSolara and to have worked with them on this project.
It’s difficult enough to run your own business but when you add the expertise of iSolara and their crew, it’s easy money.Glen and his crew came out to fix a simple issue which turned out to be squirrels building next under our panels. Not only did he clean and repair the mess he made sure it wouldn’t happen again.Glen provided fast response to my email questions from technical stuff to generic stuff. He provided photos of step by step progress of his work.Thanks to Glen and his team my business didn’t miss a beat and I was up and running within hours.
