I recently purchased a full pallet of 36 Alexus 400W panels from SanTan Solar, and the experience has been excellent so far.

When I placed the order, I accidentally selected in-store pickup instead of delivery. I reached out to customer service right away, and they responded quickly and got everything corrected without any hassle. That alone speaks volumes about how they treat their customers.

I’ve watched several YouTube reviews about SanTan Solar and their cost-effective pricing and solid product quality. Typically, when a company focuses on providing cost effective products; especially in the solar industry, customer service tends to suffer. That has not been my experience at all. Their pricing is competitive, but the responsiveness and professionalism of their team really stood out.

As someone building a 14.7 kW system, with plans to expand to a 20 kW system, I know this won’t be my last purchase. Anyone who does DIY solar knows it is never just one order, it turns into multiple rounds of materials, upgrades, and then expansions. Based on this experience, I fully expect to continue working with SanTan Solar throughout the duration of my project in the short term and in the years to come.

I am excited to receive the panels and get this system up and running. I look forward to doing more business with them.

I bought seven 400 watt panels over the phone and went to Gilbert to pick them up 2 weeks later. The pickup process was perfect as they brought the panels to my truck with a forklift strapped down on a pallet so I didn’t have to worry about how to best transport them 118 miles back home. Awesome price on great panels too. VERY much recommend SanTan Solar!!!!

SanTan is the only solar company you should deal with. They have wholesale prices, knowledgeable salesman (Ryker!), and fast pickup and shipping! I have installed 32 panels (540w each), 9rack mount batteries (45 kW) and two parallel inverters (12000XP) and am running my entire home (3 ton AC/Heat, Hot Tub, Electric Water heater and dryer, EV level 2 charger, Induction stove) off grid and the system has been working flawlessly for 5 months so far!
