If zero stars could be left that is what I would have given. I purchased a $30k system less than 4 years ago that is no longer working. There is no actual person who answers calls. If you want to purchase a system, you get a voicemail. Otherwise, you are told to press #2 that hangs up on you if you have AZ Sun Services that is now another company that also fails to answer their phone or allow messages. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Time to start a class action lawsuit!!!!
They only give a shit about taking your money & they’re the good standard with that philosophy.They were great, responsive, communicative when getting solar installed. Believe the product is good. Since then, it’s been a pain. Believe my system could get little more power by moving a panel or two. They were close to impossible to touch base with & once I did, they didn’t bother entertaining the idea.To top it off, I’ve been trying to reach them so I can get information & documents to my real estate agent since I’m preparing to put my house on the market.
The process of going solar with Volt Energy was not complicated at all! The communication was amazing. We were never in the dark and they did a great job at making sure we knew what was needed from us, and what to expect from them. Our post install call cleared up anything we still had questions about! We like watching our system produce energy, and we can already see that our system is going to save us money! Everyone we have worked with at Volt Energy Solar has been friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend using Volt Energy Solar to anyone who may be on the fence of going solar, or to those who are ready and searching for the right solar company to work with.
I had a unit in stalled at my home, the sales manager and crew were awesome from start to finish. Kept me informed at all times . When I had any questions even if they were closed . They will promptly respond. I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!
We had a great experience with Volt, they made sure to explain every step of the process and were very good about updating us on where things were in the process. For our particular situation, we were replacing a roof in addition to installing solar and Volt handled the roof contracting in addition to the solar installation and permitting, which saved us a lot of headache. Based on my own personal research, I think Volt was able to offer very reasonable loan terms and used high quality equipment for the installation. Overall, I definitely recommend giving them a call if you're interested in solar.
