What truly sets this company apart is the after-sales support. Just last week, I encountered an issue with my solar panels not working. I reached out to Tony, and he responded immediately. He scheduled a technician to come and fix the issue, and there were a few back-and-forth visits to ensure everything was resolved. Tony always made sure to follow up and confirm that everything was functioning properly.
I’ve heard stories of some solar companies being hard to contact or unresponsive after the initial installation, but that’s not the case here. Tony’s commitment to customer service is beyond great. It’s clear that he values his customers and takes pride in the quality of his work.
