As a general rule, I do not review vendors, service providers and contractors (in fact, this may be my first). I contacted Agathon approximately a year and a half ago regarding a potential solar/battery installation. After numerous inquiries, all of which were answers promptly and comprehensively, Agathon installed a twenty-two panel solar system with an integrated battery storage system on my residential home. I have found Agathon’s communication, professionalism and responsiveness to be exceptional, starting on day one. Agathon’s team consulted with me throughout the process, ensuring that I understood the installation stages, permits required, and approvals from Consumers Energy, which Agathon patiently navigated. The installation team was knowledgeable, engaging, and took pride in their work on a daily basis. Agathon has continued to respond (promptly, if not immediately) to any of my follow up questions and address any concerns that I have had, well after installation and payment in full. If you are interested in solar or battery storage, I fully endorse Agathon, its professional management, and its dedicated installation team.

We have an off grid system for our off the grid homestead installed by Agathon nearly 2 years ago. It has been completely sufficient and we have had little to no issues. Along with the generac whole house generator they also set up for us, charges our batteries when the sun is not enough, we have been very pleased with its operation.
Greg Oliver has always been able to help any day/time I have called with questions/concerns during this process of learning my system.
We will continue to use the services from Agathon solar to fulfill and expand our solar needs and also continue to recommend them to others.

The communications throughout the process was excellent, the crew was polite and did an efficient job, and Greg took care of all communications with Consumer Energy. The job was done when they said it would be done and the estimate was accurate. I can't say enough about Greg and his team. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for Solar.
