Happy to leave a positive review for Tiger Solar. Everybody was friendly and very professional. Tiger worked with a fussy homeowner on a somewhat non-typical installation. There were some big revisions to my first plan but everything went smoothly with good communications by the Grand Rapids crew and with the office in Charlottesville.
It was a very good experience getting my solar panels installed in my roof and everything associated with it. I'm very happy that I got solar but it's not totally working yet. I need a CAT5 cable to be installed from the enphase unit outside to my Wi-Fi transmitter. As The app is not fully functional yet because I'm not getting Wi-Fi to the box outside. I have discussed it with Kyle and he says it will be rectified and the cable will be installed soon.
We were so impressed with Tiger solar. Kyle and his guys worked Saturdays to get our solar project completed as we wanted something changed. They were beyond helpful and courteous with the change. I would highly recommend them.
Working with Tiger Solar was a great experience. The gang, with Vicente Cuevas in the lead, was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the project to the finalization of it they all were very helpful, courteous and willing to answer any question that we had. A half year after the installation of the system and we haven't had a problem with the system. Thanks for the great work, smiles and helpfulness. As an extra now that we are getting more SUNSHINE my wife and I are liking our new electrical bills, about a 1/4 of what they had been.
