Purelight was exceedingly responsive, thorough and courteous in all communication. Their service techs that installed the Tesla Powerwall also were very professional and helpful. I will say here we had hoped to purchase the alternative battery setup but due the contract restrictions on our Tesla solar array installed in 2016 we were contractually obligated to go with a Powerwall 3. It is distasteful (to put it mildly) to add to the wealth of Musk! That being said the Powerwall and Solar “system” is performing amazingly! We are currently paying zero dollars for electricity and our net zero metering that generates excess generates more money that goes into our PGE “bank” to offset future costs as the dark days of winter approach. By my calculations the cost of the battery storage system we installed will be pay for itself within a few years at most!Thanks to Purelight!Preston
