We selected the Watts Up Solar team because they offered top-notch equipment and helpful advice. They underestimated the challenges of installing a ground-mount solar array in bedrock. Accordingly, installation took longer to complete than we anticipated. That said, they worked diligently to overcome all the challenges, and did not charge us more than the modest amount they budgeted for installation (as is their practice), although we expect their actual installation costs were higher. The result looks great. All the team members who worked here had high standards, plenty of expertise, and the patience to answer our questions. Full marks.
We love our Solar Panels, which were installed by Watts Up Solar LTD. All was done in a timely manner and very professional. We can look up our solar out/input right on our smartphone and savings. Even when there is snow on panels, the sun will filter through snow and melts the snow of panels fast. cleaning the panels is no issue at all, never had to do it, rain will clean them and snow slides off. !!! Wonder why I went with Watts Up, well. The equipment is stellar, they install the best equipment. Now, if you deal in the best you have to have the best management and staff to not negate its engineering genius and all is backed by the best warranty in the business. Bottom line for most, is cost, higher end of the competition but I am paying for peace of mind and longevity. Thank you Watts Up??????
We are just starting our third year of solar energy production. Our experience with the Watts Up Solar system has been seamless! No failures of the panels or inverters, great Enphase app to monitor the power generation, and speedy assistance when reset of the app was required after a power outage. We chose the best solar contractor in Nova Scotia and we are very pleased that we did so!
Watts Up Solar LTD completed and commissioned 10 kW Solar panels on our roof in quick time. Entire process from start to end was flawless. Price was perfect, I would normally negotiate everything but up on having few quotes already received, but they offered priced , I accepted with no question. Their entire team Tom himself, Jackie, Fraser and other techs were awesome to deal with, very polite and humble team. ! Now that we have solar power generation, Only regret is that we could have gotten bit bigger system !!!! Thank you Watts Up Solar TEAM !!!!!!
