Edit: Ecosolar main focus is with installation. In my experience, repairs beyond remote troubleshooting is outsourced. I've in contact and been waiting for 2 months for three optimizers to be replaced. Each email is with an excuse regarding the part. I've proposed two temporay resolutions, but both have been declined. No resolutions were presented on EcoSolar's side besides wait. Completely, unacceptable.EcoSolar is turn key solution. They provided my family and I with a sense of reassurance of this big investment. EcoSolar provided updated information as to what and when things were happening (or expected to happen). Everyone I've at contact with at EcoSolar has been exceptional. They quickly answered my questions via email or text. The workmanship is top notch! Would HIGH RECOMMEND EcoSolar to any one looking into putting PV on their home.
Eco Solar was so efficient and worked diligently to get our panels approved through our association. They were very quick with everything needed. Matt Householder was a great resource throughout the process. The great thing was they showed up on time on the day they said they were coming to install. It took less than 1/2 a day to install 18 panels on my roof! Not only that, the technicians at my house helped me set up my monitoring and tracking for my entire house, connected the old system to the new system and now I can see if both systems are working on my Tesla app. Great service and the best customer service. This is also the 4th time I have had solar panels installed on my properties. By far the best. Thank you Mike and Team!
Over a year ago I tried calling them for some information and some concerns I have with my PV unit. No one answered the phone. Months passed and now they do answer the phone. And now fast forward and they don't resolve my issue. I called on March 26, April 8, May 9, June 3, June 12 and I will try again tomorrow but no one has returned my calls to resolve my issue. I have been in touch with Chris and Colleen but to no avail. My Tesla battery is not connected to my house except to a single wall plug outside of my house. So when the power goes out, the battery only serves that one plug outside of my house. That is not right. After all this, i believe I need to contact Ben Parish or the Better Business Bureaus before I go to my attorney.Wow, Ben Parish, the owner and manager got in touch with me. Thank you Ben for your understanding and the attention given me and for explaining and answering all the inquiries that I had. All the responses were to my satisfaction. And thank you, Chris, for coordinating all of this and the subsequent hookups from my Tesla battery to the main electrical junctions. You guys have made me a happy camper. If you are in the market to install solar, look no further. SunPower by Eco Solar completed an 11 panel and one Tesla power wall (battery) installation flawlessly. They completed the install is less time than anticipated and for less than several other companies we were quoted. Make sure to ask for Kirby, he was our sales/design rep and he is super friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I had questions/concerns about the system or process he got back to me in a timely manner. He never tried to upsell or pressure us in anyway, he designed our system to meet our current consumption needs. He also broke down tax incentives and financing options. It’s only been a week since install but our system has been running cherry and outputting more than anticipated!! A+ experience from start to finish. Sun Power by Eco Solar exceeded our expectations and was the most professional. We opted for 30 panels and 2 Tesla batteries. Matt Householder was responsive, honest, informative, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at any time. Our project was an online permit and included a meter upgrade to back up the entire house if a power outage occurred, but the entire process ran smoothly and was quick. Because of an order backup with the panels after the order was placed, Eco Solar immediately reached out and offered us several options for upgraded panels and a Sun Power rebate, if we decided not to wait. It took one month from the date of signing the contract to our installation date. HECO also came out and upgraded our meter two weeks after signing the contract, so we were up and running on our installation day. The installation was clean! All company personnel that we interacted with- Matt, Coleen, Ben, Chris and Andrea provided excellent customer service and were efficient. If you’re in the market for a Solar PV System with batteries, Sun Power by Eco Solar is the absolute best.
