Rich Fong on Infinity Solar

We had Infinity Solar install our solar panel system last year right before the tax credit changed, and honestly the whole experience was great.

Tim, the owner, was super helpful walking us through the design and figuring out the right system capacity for our home. He's genuinely passionate about what he does and it shows. We went with REC solar panels and 2 Tesla Powerwall batteries. The fact that they're a Tesla Certified Installer definitely gave us extra confidence.

We had to get our roof redone first, and once that was done their solar installation crew coordinated everything with the roofer and knocked the whole thing out in one day, which was impressive. Their project coordinator kept us updated the entire time and handled all the permit approvals and back-and-forth with Edison for the utility interconnection so we didn't have to stress about it.

The only hiccup was at the very end getting the utility inspection scheduled.. but that had nothing to do with Infinity Solar. So many people were rushing to get solar installed before the tax credit deadline that the utility company just couldn't keep up with all the inspections. It was dragging for everyone. But their project coordinator Sara literally went and met with a utility guy in person and got him out way sooner than expected. That's the kind of thing you don't forget. She went above and beyond when she really didn't have to.

We're really happy with everything and actually recommended Infinity Solar to our neighbor. She was already shopping around and comparing solar companies, so she took her time. But what won her over was how long they've been in business and how they stay on top of new products and technology. It just makes you feel like they're going to be around for the long haul if you ever need warranty service — and that matters.
Would absolutely recommend Infinity Solar to anyone looking for a solid, trustworthy solar installer.

Michael Christsen on Infinity Solar

I began my solar journey in July 2025 this year after the change in deadline for the Tax Credits. I was not looking to put solar on, but my hand was forced. After reviewing multiple solar offers, I landed on Infinity Solar. They were not the least expensive, but the quality of the sales experience gave me the confidence that they were the installer to choose.

Sales
I walked into my solar journey knowing exactly what I wanted: Enphase ecosystem with REC panels, micro inverters, 6C combiner and 10C batteries. Walter did a great job of answering my questions, putting together a proposal and being patient while I made my decision. The proposal was detailed and concise with all the information I needed.

Design
Once the decision was made in early August, a final design was made. Tim and his crew came out and we discussed options for panel setup, battery placement and connections to the combiner and the new main panel. A detailed design plan was created and sent for my approval. After a couple of changes, we were ready for City Permitting in early September.

This is where things are out of everyone's hands, so please be warned that permitting can take a lot of time, in my case, 2 months. The team kept on top of project and delt with any questions from the city.

Install
In mid November (that's 2 months for people keeping track at home), install began. The team arrived on time that morning and began work. I walked through with the team the placement of all the equipment, the conduit runs in the attic and other miscellaneous items. All the guys were professional, courteous and efficient. The solar and battery equipment was all installed in one day.

The following week, technicians came out and performed my main panel upgrade. The job they did was excellent. All the wiring in the panel was clean and neat. The stucco repair was great; paint matching where you can't tell the difference.

The City came out and performed their inspection and passed it as a final. The inspected noted how clean the install was.

Commissioning and PTO
The Meter Collar and PTO was applied for, and Edison came out withing the week (surprise) to install the collar. Went smooth and the Edison tech was also commenting on how well the team prepared the site.

In the last couple of days, an Infinity Tech came out and commissioned the system. After a few hiccups, we got it all going.

Final remarks
One thing that I would say in the slight negative is the design process. Any changes, whether they be mistakes or owner changes, took a long time, adding delay to get to permitting. Now his might be related to the rush of solar installs before the end of 2025, but it was something that added to the anxiety of getting the job done.

Now that all being said, I want to thank everyone at Infinity Solar for all their efforts in getting my system installed before the end of the year.
A great sales experience from Walter
To Blake, Sara and Vanessa, thank you for putting up with all my incessant emails on status of the project
To the installation team for doing a great job of putting my system together. Adrian for answering all my questions while installing my panel and to Deyvis for spending the time to get the system commissioned.
Tim, you have a great team of people and should be proud.
I have more projects in the future and I will certainly call on Infinity Solar.

The work performed by Infinity Solar was excellent from start to finish. As an architect and a builder, I've dealt with a lot of sub-contractors. Infinity Solar is one of the best I've worked with to date. The staff - whether in the field or in the office - were professional, knew what they were doing, and set the bar as high if not higher than I do. Most amazingly, I was able to reach the owner, Tim, numerous times during the process. I'll be hiring Infinity Solar for all of my future solar projects.

Justin Bettman on Infinity Solar

I quoted a bunch of companies in southern california for solar and found Infinity Solar to be both competitive on price and also be the best with communication.

We had a mid century modern house and wanted to do a solar solution without having penetrations and they were able to make that happen.

They also were able to do it in 2025 before the tax credit as promised.

Robert King on Infinity Solar

I selected Infinity Solar because a co-worker recommended them after his solar system was installed. I decided to use Infinity because their design met my expectations and their pricing was competitive as compared to other solar contractor bids. In addition, they recommended a very good roofing contractor to re-roof my my house. My system composed of 23 solar panels and two Tesla PowerWalls and has just been completed and my utility company has issued the Permission To Operate. This project was complex having dealt with setbacks and frustrations, but I am so grateful for their Project Manager, Sara Grond, who kept me informed, typically responding within the same day, if not the next business day. She managed everything and kept everyone informed and offered options and solutions and kept the project on track. We had major challenges dealing with my local utility company's red tape and legacy processes; she managed to keep me calm throughout. Without Sara's professionalism and PM skills I think the project would have been significantly delayed. Another key player from Infinity Solar was their service technician, Deyvis Montoya, who acted as Quality Assurance technician near the end of the project. I had a punch list of things that needed to be resolved so Sara dispatched him on a Monday morning at 7:15am. Deyvis listened to my concerns and he corrected all of the remaining issues that same morning just time to pass the final City inspection. He was very patient and explained things to me as he worked through my list. He even walked me through the Tesla app to setup and configure my solar and battery system. Overall I am rating Infinity Solar five stars and would recommend them as my co-worker did for me.
