Our original installation week was moved, and then adjusted again, which extended the process by two weeks. However, we felt their team did everything in their power to resolve this. The manager offered a discount and took the time to address the situation. Our sales representative, Theodore, also made an effort to make things right, and the project manager, Jorge, kept us informed and addressed all issues once he was aware of them. The team's customer support and post-sale efforts were truly outstanding and deserve a 10/10 rating. We were initially informed of a weekend installation for an additional fee, but it turns out they didn't offer this. We signed the contract to get on the waiting list and were told the installation could be done within two weeks. However, the actual wait time was closer to six weeks. They also offered finance options, which could use some improvement.
