We are absolutely amazed at the beautiful metal roof installed by Synergy Solar. I truly had no idea a metal roof could look this stunning until I saw the finished product on our home. It has completely elevated the appearance of our house — it’s clean, modern, and simply gorgeous.

What impressed me even more than the product was the professionalism of the company. Johnathan, the owner, personally came by every single day. That level of involvement and accountability speaks volumes. We received consistent notifications about when crews would arrive, communication was clear, and everything was handled with integrity and transparency.

When we were in the process of selecting the metal roof, the company that manufactures the metal panels actually came out, measured our roof, and fabricated each panel to the exact specifications of our home. Every piece was custom-made specifically for our roof. That level of precision and customization gave us tremendous confidence in the quality of the finished product.

The team was respectful, efficient, and meticulous with cleanup. If there were ever questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are outstanding.

Beyond how beautiful it looks, the greatest gift this roof gives us is peace of mind. Knowing we likely won’t need another roof for 50 years is incredible. Living in Florida, that means no more worrying about high winds, hurricanes, and other environmental factors the way you do with traditional roofing. Our children will likely be in their 80s before this roof ever needs to be replaced. That kind of longevity and durability changes everything.

It’s rare today to find a company that combines ethical standards, professionalism, communication, and superior workmanship the way Synergy Solar does. Because of this experience, we will absolutely be bringing them back for our solar installation and a hybrid hot water heater as well. We trust them completely.

My process started back at the end of September 2025. initially I was looking for solar not sure what I could afford but didn't want to miss out on the tax credit. I knew I was going to be heading into a really tight squeeze to make that happen. My sales representative Jeff Ball presented me with a solution which seemed very viable considering I had been shopping for solar approximately 15 years. His offer was affordable and sizeable enough to do what I initially wanted which was used my Cybertruck as part of the battery system during the process of site inspection and evaluation they were also able to determine the life expectancy of my roof was nearer to the end than the beginning. Thus forcing a decision of whether to install a new roof and solar or just install solar and risk having to remove it later to replace a roof. The cost of removing solar and placing it backup is quite expensive no matter who you go with unless you're doing it yourself. We opted for a new roof which they did an excellent job on and it's a beautiful new roof I'll be at asphalt not metal due to cost I was quite pleased I also asked for radiant barrier to be installed hoping it would make a difference in my home. The difference is dramatic by upstairs has always been hotter than my downstairs approximately 10° or more. Since the radiant barrier has been installed The upstairs temperature consistently is only 1° warmer than downstairs it's an amazing difference and worth the extra insulation here in Florida.
we ask for the contract to make sure it actually would be installed before the 31st of December so that we could ensure the 30% tax credit could be received. we made an agreement that if it hadn't been completed by that time the contingency cloth stated a discount would be applicable at the company expense.
The company worked tirelessly to install the solar it did not come without a few hiccups because they're where if you changes in the initial contract and the revised contract which created some confusion. I will state however no matter what, the company The company went above and beyond every time to go out of their way to make sure all issues were addressed and completed to the customer satisfaction.
A specific incident which was out of the control of the company and left up to Tesla itself was the ability to use the cybertructive power my home as a battery backup this was promise to be available by fourth quarter and it was not. Tesla decided to delay the process one more time. That being the case as this was sold to us with the ability to use the Cybertruck a solution needed to be found. our suggestion was to purchase an additional expansion pack for the Powerball at cost ( installation included at no cost ) if this was acceptable and they agreed.
if you are looking for a solar company that is honest reputable and willing to back their word with action this company will work hard to prove they are the right choice.
All of this being said there are a few things I would recommend for any customer and that is pay attention, make sure you get everything clearly written for both sides so that both sides understand the meeting of the mind. This is how we operated and this is how they operated. The company made every effort to make sure we received what we ask for and got what we paid for. we were satisfied with the outcome. this does not mean there were not areas which would require attention from both the purchaser and the installer. I would recommend to anybody to choose this company because of their integrity. not because they are infallible because that is impossible, we are human. If there is a problem they will do everything they can to fix it. The timeline was approximately 90 days from start to finish. anybody who asked Synergy solar if they can speak directly to me I'm available and open. These guys were awesome Jonathan, Sergei, Andrei,Sonny,Ryan and my sales representative Jeff Ball.
My system was 45 solar panels Tesla power well and expansion pack and a new electrical panel box. Along with a new roof.
