We have had our solar panels, provided and installed by KC Solar, for about a year and half now. The purchasing process was super easy and the install went fast and the guys did a super professional job. They even went to far as to color match the new conduit on the house! The customer service after the install is just a great. I have reached out to Hunter with a couple of little things and he has always been super responsive and helpful! I can not recommend this company enough! I tell everyone that is thinking about solar to call these guys and get it done.
THIS is the company you have been looking for if you are living in the Johnson County area and are in need of Solar services. We had an existing system on our home when we had purchased. The "warranty" that came from the company that installed it, LifeTime Solar, was basically non existent. Frustrated with the lack of communication from LifeTime, I went ahead and called KC Solar. Someone was out that day to start evaluating. We soon found out that the existing system wasn't properly installed and our home had almost caught on fire due to the faulty install. Happy to say, our system is now up and running as it should be. KC Solar was excellent with communication and their staff is very talented. I HIGHLY recommend KC Solar.
The whole crew at KC Solar were very capable, courteous and timely. Our job was rather extensive and took a couple of weeks. They stayed on it until it was complete. We had a couple of inverter issues later which Hunter and Scott came out and took care of. Service has been very good.
Highly Recommend... Our system was installed Jul 2017. Only had one issue with a bad inverter and Hunter came right out and replaced. I am on osage valley elect and they charge me a min of $45 (for the privilege's of being connected to their service) so that is right my elect bill is $45 mo when it used to get up to $500 mo... With out any drought the best choice we made... I do believe elect is going to go up so get it now...
From the quote to the amazing one day installation, KC Solar was great to work with and we couldn't be happier with the system!! Oh yeah, saving money on our electric bill is good too!! Highly recommend them!!
