Strata approval can be a nightmare when it comes to solar, but the team at Future West Solar made the entire process smooth and understandable. They came out and delivered a full presentation to our Strata council with designs from their engineers, electricians, and knowledgeable staff.Dylan walked everyone through the details, answered all the questions, and helped get pre-approved solar arrays and designs approved for the community.We couldn’t be more excited about moving forward. I ended up going solar with Future West the Service was great I worked with Dylan, Ross and Andres. I wasn't able to secure financing the with the government but they were patient and helped me find a 0 out of pocket option and get the battery back up system I really needed the most confusing part was BC hydros rebate program as there is not "approved stage" they just send you the money after a post install site visit. The team kept in constant communication and I couldn't be happier
It took a couple of years to decide if we should go solar and when we finally did, we chose Future West Solar primarily because of their commitment to the customer, even after the project is complete. Dylan, the sales representative was excellent! After the initial visit, he communicated via phone, email or text and answered many of our questions. He loves his job and takes pride in being there for customers. Andrii and his team came a few days before installation to check out the project and so when they came, everything was done quickly, neatly and with no issues. Conner, the service coordinator sent emails or called to make sure we knew when the project was starting, how long it would take, who would be doing the work and if there were any concerns. It was a very positive experience and we appreciated their professionalism, attitude and friendly disposition. Thank you, Future West Solar!
Future West installed Solar panels on my house this week. They were extremely professional right from our first interaction to the final payment. Their communication was top notch, even when they needed to bump my start date. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add solar!
My husband and I are super happy with Future West Solar. Our consultant Dan came to our home to take photos then met with us a few days later with an official proposal that would best meet our electrical needs and roof orientation. Three weeks later we were generating power from an 11-panel array. Dan went above and beyond, even preparing the necessary renovation request forms required by Sunrise Village management. Every time we check the app on our phones, there is visible proof that we are drawing less from the city's grid system and doing our small part to protect our planet for future generations.
