This is a great team, I am technical and hands on person so naturally I am very discerning about who works on my home. I felt comfortable right away with the competency and explanations from Jeremy and his team. The installation was quick and straightforward and we were producing power at the end of day 1. I had a few questions after the install and Jeremy got back to me right away with good answers that made sense. I also learned a couple of useful insights via the energy assessment process that helped me tackle separate minor issues in the home. Jeremy was very up front and professional from the initial consultation to installation. The service and installation were great. We are very happy so far. Looking forward to getting a year of data but all indicators suggest a huge savings in electricity costs. It has reduced our electricity bill TO LESS THAN 1/4 of the original bill per month. We have banked electricity most days this summer that we will use in the fall/winter. Even after installation, Jeremy was in the neighbourhood with another client and took a picture of our panels with his drone and sent then to us. And I had some questions a few months after installation and I texted him and he got right back to me with the answers. Great after installation customer service.
