We have now had our Solar Power Panels from Okanagan Solar for just under 2 years now and are so pleased with Okanagan Solar for explaining the process and functionality of our system. I was really impressed with OKSolar's customer service. They responded quickly to my initial question and provided a solution over the phone for panels that were not generating, by having me check and reset breakers. I will know next time what to look for if this happens again. Two panels were still not generating and it was determined that an inverter had gone down. Within a week they had a new one installed. What impressed me the most was that the two techs that came to the house to replace the inverter spent the time needed to check and make sure everything was up and running before they left, even though it took some time and not as easy as it may have seemed.Buying a system and being pleased with the initial install is one thing, receiving great customer service when things go south is another and in my judgement, OKSolar passed. We had a great experience with OK Solar on our solar panel installation. Their quote was 10-20% cheaper than the other companies I compared to. Pat was prompt and helpful in planning the job, providing direction on securing the interest free federal loan, and applying for our BC Hydro $5K rebate. There were no unexpected costs and their crew was hardworking and professional, installing on the exact date they quoted. Highly recommended!
