I attempted to install a solar system. I purchased the system from a different company online.The Wire diagram and instructions were very confusing. They tech-support was very hard to contact.I started reaching out to other companies for some helpful information.At first, no one would help since it was not their system.Then I contacted Allegiance Solar.Natt was so very helpful and went out of his way to help me.I would recommend anyone interested in solar systems to contact them first and save yourself some troubles.
10 days and they have not finish yet. Not a well plan project. For an installation that a 2020 code change that I was told held the project up.got the 2020 code change in and system is working great. This is the second system I have. Need to add 7 more panels to my system. The new system, will put me at 100%. Will not come back and add panels, other company will not touch it. Be careful of these solar installer. Love my systems.
Love this company.. decided to go Solar after many years of debating. Let me tell you.. this company made this transition extremely easy… from the financing, to the installation. Every part of the process was done with upfront communication, and professionalism. We have seen a significant decrease in our electric bill in less than a month and we’re looking forward to it continuing. Had a great experience with Allegiance Solar. From the measurement appointment to the final install, I was very happy with the technicians and our account manager. Great communication throughout the process. Specifically Chris and his team of installers were very efficient, up-front communicators, and over delivered on the timeline finishing a day earlier than expected. Looking over the work, the details were all cared for, even attention to detail with making sure all the conduit pipes and everything looked aesthetically right. From start to finish the staff has done a wonderful job keeping us informed. Our salesman Eric was very knowledgeable and personable, he was not pushy, he let us take our time before we made the commitment to choose Allegiance Solar. Jennifer stayed on top of communicating with us through the paperwork process and setting up the date for install. Chris and the other installers did a great job on the installation. At the end of each day they made sure they cleaned up all of the materials. We would definitely recommend Allegiance Solar to take care of your solar needs.
