A huge shout out to Lighthouse Solar for their work last week installing two 20kWh Enphase batteries as back up for my solar powered home. From beginning to end they were professional, true to their word and kept to their schedules. Their customer service was impeccable - called me whenever something was going to happen - Central Hudson hook up and power off, inspectors coming, etc. Their staff (sales, installers and tech set up) were superb. Clearly at the top of their game, totally familiar with the technology and perfectionists on installation and operations. One very good sign - several of their installers have worked for Lighthouse for 14 years...that means good management, polished skills and excellent teamwork. They were friendly, competent and helpful in repairing flaws from a previous contractor. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their pricing was fair and they were worth every penny. They didn't end their time here until all the work was done.
Our experience with Lighthouse Solar was excellent from beginning to the end of our 15.6 kW ground mount solar array project. We looked at six different companies and Lighthouse gave us the best proposal. They communicated very well with us in all phases and we got the exact product we wanted, quickly and efficiently. If anything goes wrong the warranties are excellent. If we ever do another project we would go to Lighthouse first.
My wife and I had Lighthouse install our new solar panels. From the beginning, they were very professional. They assessed our roof, panel box, and even had a drone to assess best location for panels. The installation team was efficient and curious, and got the entire job done in two days. Since installation, we have produced more electric power than we use, giving us electrical credits, and making a substantial impact on the environment. They walk you through all the permits, and paperwork for taxes. They were a pleasure to deal with, and worth the cost.

Easy to work with, and they stand behind their work. I strongly recommend hiring this local contractor instead of a national chain. Friends and family who have hired other contractors reported problems, but we got no grief from Lighthouse Solar. If I buy an electric car, I will hire Lighthouse to expand my system.
