I love my system from SSD! The process was very expedient, only taking a few months, and my Tesla system works wonderfully! The salesman had me get 20% more solar than I needed, and that was the right move, as I leave the AC on more nowadays, and I do use that extra power. Thank you!!!
These people are the worst at communication. Multiple times, we have directed them to contact ME, not my husband, who is living out of state at the time. They said they were coming over on a Friday, at which my husband said no one would be home and they need to reschedule, also reminding them AGAIN to coordinate with me, and they didn’t read the message and/or care about what we said. They came over when no one was home, CUT UP MY TRELLIS AND CUT MY HONEYSUCKLE IN HALF, kicked up irrigation lines, broke some pest deterrent stakes, pulled the trellis from the wall, and left litter EVERYWHERE. They told us, many times, and IN PERSON when I originally was there to consult with them, that the trellis would not be an issue and they’d work around it. They MESSED UP. And no matter how often you tell them to contact the person who ACTUALLY LIVES HERE, they will do whatever they want. Horrible. They can’t be trusted. Utterly unprofessional.
Dream team to work with! They installed our ground mount solar in 2018 and just added some new roof panels, which honestly look better than we expected. We cannot recommend Grant and his crew more, they are awesome!! ??
Ok, between front end customer service with Tim and Kelly on the front end, and Anthony leading the greatest team of hard workers, Solar Savings Direct is 100% your ONLY choice for solar installation. Getting the ball rolling wasn’t as scary as I was anticipating because the communication was so quick and so clear. Installation day went to smoothly. Anthony was so kind and genuine. He introduced himself and the team, explained exactly what would happen and in what order. We knew off the bat we had made the best choice with Solar Savings Direct when the whole team seemed to love their jobs.. and one another. Their work ethic, experience, and joy working together actually made the day such a fun adventure. They were approachable when we had questions, and problem solvers when inevitably one step needed a plan B. The system itself is actually more efficient than what we were hoping for. The Tesla battery and entire system looks so sleek instead of intrusive. We love opening up the app and watching the power we are making instead of taking. During the day we can run all our appliances AND charge our electric car.. off the sun’s energy. We feel like we are making a difference AND not paying an astronomical utility bill. The Solar Savings Direct team + the quality of the equipment + ease of use + making a small difference + the cost of utility bill = very, very happy customers.
