We have a Generac Solar System that the battery quit working back in August 5 months ago. Akino ordered a new BMU under warranty from Generac and hopefully they will install it this afternoon. I had to pay in advance to get them to come out here as it is outside their local service area. They rescheduled once, praying they show today.Update: I called them the day of the appointment only to hear they wouldn't make it and they would call me with a another appointment. A week later no call so I called and they rescheduled again for the end of Jan. Fingers crossed. Suggestion, since Generac approved contractors are limited, maybe consider other brands.
Akino did good work and are friendly! While it was a little rough initially with communication and scheduling, once they got here they fixed the issue with my battery. When I had additional questions afterward (that the manufacturer didn't explain well), the technician called me and walked me through, explaining the areas I was confused.
I’m glad to join the many satisfied customers of Akino. Andrew Fleming was excellent—he clearly explained the issue, showed photos of the damage, and was both knowledgeable and kind. Jessica Davis was so nice and attentive throughout the process. And of course, Andrea—“Mighty Andrea”—was amazing, managing to schedule the repair despite setbacks from other companies. I truly hope that with such outstanding team members and customer-focused service, Akino will continue to grow with consistency, excellence, and genuine care. God Bless.
Just had a guy show up because he said I made an appointment and I did not! But he completely fixed my system that like five people has already been here to fix and now it is fixed and producing and storing the power in the battery and that it has never done at all!!! So for that I will only call Akino Solar
Prompt and professional service. The technician was on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. The cleaning service was outstanding and my panels look new again! I highly recommend Akino Solar. 10 out of 10!
