Very professional and well developed concept on solar energy technology fully customized to our home. John and Colby were exceptional at their jobs. After losing the tax credit we decided not to pursue the project, but we would not have considered anyone else for this project. Having a local company that is reliable and experienced meant very much to us.
Marks crew was left three crates of trash. Had to call and complain for months. System was installed July last year and the trench still is not fixed. I have more power outages than anyone on my street. This company will not fix mistakes. Then they sold my contract and no one informed me. Found out when a company i have never heard of took a payment 3 times more than what is in my contract.
Renew Solar did an outstanding job at installing my solar system! Jason and his team were very professional, and made sure the install went smooth. Very happy with it, and glad that I went with Renew Solar! They did run into a problem but they quickly got it resolved. Would highly recommend them to do any solar installation. I’d like to also give a huge shout out to my salesman Patrick. He went beyond what was expected to make sure I was happy with the system, and made sure the process went smooth!

I particularly like the phone calls to inform me of where the parts of the planning were progressing. A different company doing a plumbing project for me doesn't keep me in the loop at all and it's going to get a bad review even if the project turns out great. Communication is important to me.
