Adam and Jess responded prompltly and spent over an hour inspecting photographing, documenting and discussing their results with us. They assisted us through the process with our insurance, and were available continually, even outside of regular business hours, throughout the replacement of our roof. We opted for F-Wave Classic Slate. We are very pleased with the outcome!The day they replaced our roof...yes, that is correct...the crew replaced our roof in one day! 13+ Squares, or 1300+ sq ft of roof in one day! Max and Caesar were the leads with competence, knowledge, and experience. They addressed any surprises they discovered as they progressed on the project, discussing the proper handling with us and then professionally completing all issues for a complete professional repair.The crew consisited of at least a dozen workers who worked together like a symphony! Adam and Jessica With Valor Roof and Solar are great. They came out and did a free roof inspection for my wife and I. Courteous, on time, very thorough, and professional. Adam and Jessica physically went up on top of my roof to inspect it to ensure that there were no issues. He also took pictures so that he could show me if there were any problems. Would highly recommend their service to anyone.
