Immediately impressed! I was referred to Valor through my Insurance Company with regard to hail damage on our Shake Shingle roof. Adam and Jess responded prompltly and spent over an hour inspecting photographing, documenting and discussing their results with us. They assisted us through the process with our insurance, and were available continually, even outside of regular business hours, throughout the replacement of our roof. We opted for F-Wave Classic Slate. We are very pleased with the outcome!
The day they replaced our roof...yes, that is correct...the crew replaced our roof in one day! 13+ Squares, or 1300+ sq ft of roof in one day! Max and Caesar were the leads with competence, knowledge, and experience. They addressed any surprises they discovered as they progressed on the project, discussing the proper handling with us and then professionally completing all issues for a complete professional repair.
The crew consisited of at least a dozen workers who worked together like a symphony! It was evident that this crew is well polished, knowledgable, and experienced. Beyond that, it was clear to see that they enjoyed their work, the comraderie, and helping people! Very friendly and conscientious.
Don't forget behind the scenes...Melanie and Molly. These gals diligently worked to ensure that the Insurance Claim and any Supplements were addressed and handled, along with Permit(s), Material Availablity and Ordering, Material Delivery, and we are certain that they did so much more to make this all come together. My solar roof project, which started back in July 2025, hit some major roadblocks when the original financing company changed over in the middle of the process. It became a real mess – I even had to get my son to co-sign, and honestly, there were moments I thought this project might never happen.
But Adam K absolutely refused to give up on me. While most salespeople would have moved on to easier deals, Adam kept working tirelessly to find solutions. He explored alternative financing options, stayed in constant communication with me through all the setbacks, and finally got me financed so we can move forward – 7 months after we started!
Adam's dedication, persistence, and genuine care for his customers is extraordinary. He turned what could have been a frustrating disaster into a success story. Adam and Jessica With Valor Roof and Solar are great. They came out and did a free roof inspection for my wife and I. Courteous, on time, very thorough, and professional. Adam and Jessica physically went up on top of my roof to inspect it to ensure that there were no issues. He also took pictures so that he could show me if there were any problems.
