Avoid at all costs. They had my mother of older age looking for cosigners. 3+ months they took to install and still managed to damage her fence, lock, and plants. I came to find out they forged her signature and also a call pretending to be her. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys have to understand these companies don't care and will dip within a few years and leave you to deal with finance companies and also with technical difficulties that they are having with their batteries. You will NOT be off grid as long as your house still has an electrical meter. They train young kids to create urgency and talk to you about benefits they are not even sure about and then use your personal life for pressure. Don't waste your time. They convinced my mother leave a "good" review when she was not installed. Very deceiving
First of all, I finally able to actually got to talk with a nice young man about the problems we had and everything was corrected and I am so appreciative to the young man who worked so diligently with me and my husband.
