Sunfire Solar Systems removed and reinstalled my solar panels after my roof was completely redone. They were professional and explained everything they were going to do. They reinstalled my panels with new wiring and new metal base. My panels were reconfigured and were up and running without any problems. My brother who is an electrician was up on the roof through the entire process and he said they did a great job. I highly recommend Sunfire Solar.
Installation was painless and quick. The installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. Took about two full days for installation which I thought was quick and also included a nice Amana Refrigerated air unit (the main reason for investing in Solar as they use more electricity than my swamp cooler that does not cool very well on hot humid days).City and Electric Co. Inspections after installation passed without issue.I did get quotes from several companies and I certainly could have went with a cheaper system but I chose SSS because I felt confident after talking with Sunfire Solar (Thomas) and he sold me based on his knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and no rush attitude. So far, the system is working flawlessly as expected and I am completely satisfied.
EXCELLENT BUSINESSI was impressed from the beginning when the entire process was explained to me in detail including timing and finances. Thomas answered all of my questions and Laly handled all my communications. I feel like I personally got to know them as well as the mini split and solar system installers and technicians. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Very friendly and easy to schedule. Arrived on time and completed troubleshooting and ordered parts.I was in the dark after NM Solar went bankrupt. Sunfire came and did the troubleshooting. When the parts came they returned and repaired my system.They are very professional and priced fairly.I will use them in the future and highly recommended them
Tom was very informative and and explained everything very clearly and also price was excellent and affordable. Had other proposals and they were very pushy and made feel like they were more worried on making a sale than actually helping me out to solve my high price bill. Highly recommend Sunfire Solar!!!
