I had roof leaks due to improperly installed solar panels and families of pigeons living under the solar panels due to improperly installed bird guard that created a huge mess. Rafael, Wayne, Miguel, and the crews are top shelf professionals who resolved my issues quickly and cost effectively including the removal, reinstallation, and reactivation of the solar panels and system with no more pigeons and no more roof leaks.Thanks for a job well done.
Rafael is very knowledgeable and personable. However his company installed a pool solar heating system on my roof. Panels are not laying flat in a couple areas. They are too large he should have used a smaller panel or less panels. He didn’t measure properly. I have had a leak in a small areas above my balcony . He promised to come out and take a look so he could fix it. We have scheduled numerous appointment for his company not to show up. There is no other water source that could be causing the leak. Now I’m going to have to hire a company to come out and look at his work and hopefully fix it.
Rafael was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He communicated extremely well and was out several times prior to the installation and the day of. He took care of all of the minor details and the job came out excellent. We would highly recommend Rafael and his team to anyone looking for either pool solar or solar for the home. You can't go wrong with this excellent team!
