I had about 7-10 quotes and sit downs appointment from other companies and the pricing as well as financing with Salal Credit Union pushed me to finalizing. His knowledge, experience and expertise made me say yes. Quality products and services. They couldn't install an EV charger but I found an Electrician to help me with that. They weren't able to place bird/critter guard but also found someone to install. The only big issue was someone didn't schedule the city inspection when they had to cut the power. So our family didn't have power for the day but Brandon and Star Tootoo as well as their team helped accommodate our family! Awesome that it was taken care of promptly. He provided me with insights and details about the entire equipment, including the Power Wall from Tesla, and outlined the process and timeline for its installation and completion. Notably, Solar Optimum is fully authorized by Tesla to install the Power Wall. Throughout the construction process, Brandon offered valuable assistance in understanding the progress of their work. We had an amazing crew install our 10 solar panels. This is a top notch professional organization, and having Brandon as the point guard for this team made things go smooth and seamless. He answered all our questions and never tried to upsell on us. Brandon is just a honest, conscientious guy who made our experience pleasant. The process from beginning to end took about 6 weeks, with the majority of that time spent on waiting to get final approval from Nevada Energy. From the first time in contact with Solar Optimum, they have made the whole process very smooth and easy.We installed 50 panels.Landon Cicero was my main point of contact and from the very beginning, Landon explained the whole process and what to expect. Landon made sure to communicate and explain each step so that there were no surprises. Landon made sure that I had all the documentation of the installation plan so I can forward them to my HOA.Then during the installation phase Star Tootoo took over to communicate what his team was going to do and explained how long it would take (3 days total). Star was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. And Star’s team made sure the conduit paint was matching with my exterior wall color which was an HOA requirement.And both Landon and Star informed me and recommended that I should consider installing Pigeon guard which I had no idea was an issue with solar panels in the Vegas area.All in all the whole process was extremely fast and efficient and very smooth.I was extremely pleased with the whole experience working with Solar Optimum.
