The Genesis crew did an exceptional job of getting my system taken down and re-installed during my roof replacement. They were on time and did a great job of cleaning up and making sure everything was working properly.
Original installer did a poor job and left the roof leaking resulting in a roof replacement. The Genesis Solar team removed and re-installed the solar panels as well as replaced the inadequate footings to prevent future leaking. The work was great. Arrived and finished on time. Friendly. Professional. Trustworthy. 10/10 would recommend.
Because of that nasty hail storm, we had to get a new roof, which meant removing our solar panels and putting them back on. Genesis was FANTASTIC to communicate with and they did a fantastic job. This project STRESSED me after the experience we had with the original company we bought our solar from. But Parker put me at ease, the crew was AMAZING and they were patient with me during a medical emergency with a child (during the holiday season). I’m incredibly grateful for all of it. I’d highly recommend Genesis! 12/10 They went above and beyond.
