We had solar panels already but had been considering a home battery for some time. An ES Solar rep contacted us at the door, and we slowly pursued the battery idea. Now, everything is installed and working and the process felt smooth and easy. We thought all of the employees were nice and easy to talk to, which was big for us. I brought up plenty of questions and they were willing to give me as much detail as I asked for. Overall, we couldn’t really ask for more from the process. It is kind of a big purchase so we were wary throughout—we’re grateful the team was helpful.
ES Solar has been great. They’ve taken care of everything from installing the backup battery to helping us with our taxes so we can get the incentives, to repairing the dry wall and painting it so we can’t even see where it was cut! They kept us informed every step of the way. They’ve been a joy to work with.
Have had a great experience from the sales process to installation and set up. Everyone we worked with from ES solar has been great with communication and super helpful with any questions or concerns that come up. Actual installation crew were very respectful of the property and coming in and out while getting everything set up. Just got the system checked off and live so excited to see it all come together and work for our home.

We added batteries to our solar system with ES and the process couldn’t have been easier. Miles from the sales team wasn’t pushy and provided all the information needed to make a decision. We went with 3 Tesla Powerwall 3 units and the system provides everything we expected and more. The installers were very professional and did a great job. Ruben walked us through everything to get our system up and running and we look forward to him supporting us moving forward.I definitely recommend ES for all your solar needs.
