Sunbank solar did a great job on our install. Ben was with us for every step. He helped with all our questions regarding grants, approvals and all the other items that come with it. System is up and running and is working great. We were energized at the beginning of July and have had no issues so far.Highly recommend Sunbank Solar.
We started the project at the end of January 2024.Ben at Sunbank Solar Solutions was easy to work with.He kept us up to date every step of the way, and answered all my questions.Once the panels arrived, the installation was done inside of three days.Billing and paperwork was prompt, complete and accurate. Our system was finally energized July 15 2024.If I ever get another opportunity to do this, I’ll be looking for Ben, and would highly recommend him to anyone. Now that the system is up and running, I wish I had done this five years ago. It has been working flawlessly, and the app that allows me to monitor it also keeps a complete record of production. What was unexpected was how long it took to deal with all the organizations involved, such as Greener Homes, the required home inspections, Fortis, the Town, the Electrical Permits and their required inspections and the suppliers of the system, each of which took more time than anticipated.(It took longer than 2 weeks to get permission from Fortis to energize the system, after installation and the final electrical inspections were complete at the end of June)If I was to do this again, I’d start earlier so as to not loose the most productive months of the season.
