I would not recommend this company to anyone they sold me some panels in 2022 waited 6 months to get installed while I was paying on them and they kept giving me the run around found out that the state of Virginia shut them down and wouldn't let them operate in the state so they moved to Tennessee and I told them to cancel they said they couldn't and they would threaten me on the phone saying I had to keep paying on them so I called the finance company out of Arizona called mosaic that is now bankrupt and they kept calling them and they told them that they been installed so I recorded every covesation we had on the phone and I turned them into the BBB and the Arkansas attorney general and they decided to drop the loan they are a scam if you ever do get your panels they won't make you have a cheaper electric bill you will end up with the same electric bill plus a solar panels payment so you will be paying double.so stay away from these people is all I got to say
Panels were installed over 7 months ago, and have yet to be turned on. The communication is so poor, every time we call its a different reason why they haven't been to turn them on. If we don't call, we won't hear from them. In the mean time, we've been having to pay monthly on non-working panels. If I could go back in time, I would have never signed up for it. One of my biggest regrets.
