Chris was exceptionally helpful and worked very hard to help try and find a solution for a very complicated problem. He was a true gentleman and he his team came out repeatedly to try and solve the issues. The house sold in the middle of the process and he was dedicated to seeing it through and was even kind enough to not charge me because the house sold before they had a chance to fix it. Very rare to find honest and dedicated people in this unregulated business. But Chris can be certainly trusted and will follow through and do a good job. Highly recommended.

When my SolarEdge inverter failed, my solar panels stopped producing power. I reached out to Solar Service Call, and during our initial conversation, they promptly identified that a replacement inverter was required. They took the initiative to contact SolarEdge on my behalf and successfully secured a replacement unit under my existing warranty at no cost.

They informed me they would follow up once the new inverter arrived. Shortly thereafter, I received a message confirming its arrival and offering to schedule the installation. They were flexible and worked within my availability, which I found very accommodating.

The technician who arrived was professional and respectful. Since my car was parked next to the inverter, he asked if I could move it so he would not accidentally damage it during the work. That level of thoughtfulness stood out to me. He completed the replacement efficiently, verified that everything was functioning correctly, and gave me time to ask any questions.

The following day, I received an invoice for the labor, which was competitive. I believe the cost was considerably lower than what many other solar companies would charge for a similar service.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with both the quality of work and the level of service. If your solar system is not functioning, I recommend reaching out to Solar Service Call. Even if you are considering calling your original installer, it may be worthwhile to see what Solar Service Call can offer. You could receive excellent service at a more competitive price.

Solar Service Call is a top-notch business, and their crews are highly skilled and professional, timely and personable. The company obviously cares about serving the homeowner and delivering top-quality solar service, no matter what it takes. They go the extra mile, and in my case, they cleaned up shoddy work done by another contractor. They dealt with suppliers for us and had our system upgraded. I highly recommend Solar Service Call for any solar project or to solve any solar problem, large or small.

Solar Service Call got our system back up and running after some tricky trouble-shooting. If you’re having any issues with your system, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They not only fixed our system that had failed completely, but they obtained a battery and inverter free-of-charge for us from the manufacturer. They were awesome—very professional and committed to top quality work.
