Fantastic Customer Service and Support. Even years after the original install, they still respond within 24 hours with support and advice. They have had to do warranty service on a malfunctioning panel that they had to replace. They coordinated with roofing company for removing the panels and resetting them within several days to minimize our loss of production. They also helped us deal with the county inspectors when there was no problem with the solar, but a problem with our garage. Our solar system has made it so we have not paid an electric bill in 2.5 years and survived many power outages up to 48 hours in length with the battery system without losing power critical systems. Can't say enough great things about them.

Adam and his team at ProGreen Solar continue to impress me with their exceptional level of service throughout the planning, installation, and follow-up, long after our installation was complete. Their pricing was excellent, and I very much appreciate their "no surprises" pricing policy. (I know that sounds like marketing language, but it's absolutely true.)
I'm seriously amazed at their responsiveness to my ongoing questions about what I'm observing about our solar system. (The Tesla app gives us lots of insight.)
Adam always takes the time to explain the technical details of how and why things work as they do, to whatever level of detail I want. Add to that Adam and his team's super friendly demeanors. They're great to work with, and very highly recommended!

Had the best experience with this company from several years ago. They followed up to see how I was liking the solar, and I have absolutely loved it since day one! They were a joy to work with back then, but any company reaching back out like that is just a good company that you know is looking out for you, as the sale was long gone. Will continue to recommend them to everyone I know, and believe they helped two of my neighbors already!! They have a referral bonus too, but I referred them well before I thought about it because they were just that great :)

Every other one didn't mention that many was possibly 'over kill' for our home, instead they were happy to sell us everything and some extras. Progreen was the only one who even attempted to verify our home use would justify the system. They walked us through everything, but we still decided to do all 4 with them as we can afford it. Can't express enough how much we appreciate the honesty and all the hard work from their team. Thank you progreen solar.
