I had a great experience with Semper Solaris from start to finish. Like any big project, there were a few bumps along the way because a couple of devices had issues and it took some time to get the system fully up and running. But what really stood out to me was how the team handled everything.They were punctual, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Every crew that came out was respectful of my home and took pride in their work.I especially want to recognize Daisy Trejo. She was truly on top of my project from day one. Daisy worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure everything was moving forward and that my system became fully functional. She followed up consistently, stayed proactive, and made sure issues were addressed without me having to chase anyone down. That level of dedication makes a huge difference.Now that everything is up and running, I’m very happy with my solar installation and the overall experience. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work and sees a project through to completion. I would definitely recommend Semper Solaris to anyone considering going solar.
Found this company on Yelp when I needed a small gutter added to my home. They responded as a potential group to help me.The initial contact was outstanding. Staff friendly and quick response. From there is did not do so well.1. The individual who was sent to give me the quote, Cody, was late with no call or text indicating that he was running late. I had to call.2. Once here, I learned he had not done gutters or the type of corners I was having trouble with.3. He tried to upsell me with other services. Running through a list.Tried to sell me solar, roof, air conditioning, house wind. I already had solar with a well known company that is very much still in existence. But he did not even recognize the name of Sunlux, assumed they were out of business. (Nope)4. Never received the quote he promised, to be sent hours later.Seems their focus is really solar or air conditioning. Not gutters. Why even quote me then? Why respond ? I said it was an extremely small project with photos.I liked the initial appointment staff, was even ready to hire them in the spot if the quote was reasonable... but the lack of follow through and extreme high energy and loud voice of the estimator, ended that .I was expecting a person who would do the work themselves or who leads a team. I got someone who had no direct experience and needed a computer to give a quote.I liked supporting a veteran owned company, but no thanks. Complete waste of everyone’s time.
Semper Solaris Is such an incredible company. From start to finish they are very organized and follow up throughout. They have a great team all the way around from start to finish.I was very fortunate enough to have Eddie as the lead for the roof. He took extra care to make sure that we were very comfortable throughout the whole project. he paid very close attention to detail and worked really well when there were any concerns with any unexpected changes. This company is super professional and I have neighbors on our street that didn’t have as good of an experience and would recommend semper Solaris to anybody.We had Solar added to the roof after the roof was replaced and again so professional. My biggest concern was that there would be conduit like an octopus all over the exterior of the house and they made sure it was super clean and tight and I couldn’t have asked for a better job.
Amazing company. Had my solar system + 2x Tesla Powerwall installed about 6yrs ago...been working flawless and have been recommending Semper to many friends and family member. Recently had a service required message on one of my powerwall unit. Reached out to Semper Solaris to initiate the service call and before I even had a chance to get on a virtual call, a tech already called me and said my new battery has arrived and i can schedule for installation the next day. The team show up the next day, 40min later, I have a brand new replacement unit installed and working! Highly recommend this company!
