Redemption Solar and Roofing

We had an excellent experience working with Redemption Solar and Roofing — especially Reid! He helped us with a roof repair and was top-notch from start to finish. Kind, thorough, responsive, and incredibly patient, he conducted a detailed inspection and made sure we understood exactly what work was being done, how it would be completed, and when. We felt fully informed and confident throughout the process. I highly recommend Redemption to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofing company.

5 Stars for Redemption Solar and Roofing. We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Redemption Solar & Roofing, and especially with Reid Monahan. After the March hail storm, they came in and handled everything from start to finish — coordinating all the different trades and making the entire process completely stress-free for us. The crews were professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. The results honestly exceeded our expectations. Reid was truly a pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional, patient, and responsive, always getting back to us quickly and keeping us informed every step of the way.

Redemption has worked with us over a year in our battle with our insurance company. Reid Monahan personally walked us through the process, filing reports, advocating for us and bringing independent experts to advise. We finally got to a point that with or without insurance support we needed to replace our roof. Redemption honored the original quote from a year earlier. That’s integrity and customer service. Their team members that replaced our roof were thoughtful, protective of our property, efficient and professional. We are more than pleased with the outcome.

We had severe damage to our roof and siding from the hailstorm in March 2025. Redemption responded very quickly considering the number of homes needing repairs. Our superintendent, Reid Monahan, was terrific. He was professional, positive respectfully, and engaged. He kept me informed when each part of the work would start and how long it would take. He worked with our insurance company to make adjustments to the scope of the repairs to ensure we were compensated fully under our policy. I highly recommend them.
