Hub City Solar

We can not thank Hub City Solar enough. We had our Solar Panel installed by another company, and just had issues from the installation. At the time, the other company had to subcontract with Hub City to complete our installation. Once Hub City Solar got on board the install was quick. This was two years ago, fast forward to now, we can't get a hold of the other company as they went bankrupt, but Hub City Solar was very generous to help us out with an issue with our solar system. Last night, we had a electrical write that frayed causing it to arc. The fire department was called and we had to shut down the whole house last night. Today we called before hours, not knowing someone was going to answer, thinking we could leave a voicemail. To our surprise someone answered and within an hour and half they had someone at our residence to assist. I have to say the people that work here are for the community and I am glad to have them here in the Lubbock region.

They did a very nice clean looking job! The boxes where mounted in aesthetically pleasing places. The conduit bends looks amazing and they routed the conduit through the soffit vs over the roof. They don't mount panels over vents/plumbing vents They even helped me find a new power provider to fully utilize the benefits of going solar

Jon and Jessie were great! They helped us in a tough situation when some of the wiring from another company wasn't done properly and the fuse box almost caught on fire! They fixed it perfectly. Very knowledge, and explained what happened and why very clearly to someone not electrically knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. Definitely going to reach out again!
