The installation went really well. Everyone was friendly and professional. The panels look great on the roof. We also weee able to get a new breaker panel to replace the old one. During the process the electrician was able to help diagnose an issue we were having. The whole install with the breaker panel and solar panels only took about 3 hours. Everyone was really great to deal with. Can’t wait until the inspections are completed so we can turn the system on.
We had hail damage to our roof this past summer leading to the need to replace our roof. I contacted our Everlight team, and though the initial response was a recorded message that took over a week to be answered (and after the time requested by our claims adjuster) once contact was made the process moved along very smoothly! They worked with the timeline needed by our contractor to get the project going(solar panels removed Friday and roofers started following Monday). After roof completed panels reinstalled the week after, giving needed time for shingles to set. All in all we are pleased with how things went. We were told when we bought the solar panels they would detach and reattach for no additional cost if needed for situations like this, and so far we have not seen an invoice! We appreciate transparency and honesty in companies we deal with. Thanks, Everlight!
We started our solar journey with Kevin and he was thorough, answered all of our questions, friendly and highly engaged. Natalie answered more of our questions along the way-she was friendly, prompt and courteous! Prior to the install date we were provided with how long the install would take and when the team would arrive-everything was spot on! The day of the install the whole team got here when they said, was friendly, engaged and incredibly efficient. They explained everything as they went along with the install process and gave an overview of next steps when they were done! John, Oscar and Joshua were the BEST roofing crew and so efficient and worked well together. The electricians, Brodie, Brooks, Tucker and Bennett were seamless, efficient and completed their part INCREDIBLY well! We could not have asked for a better 3 1/2 hour experience! Hailey, our Customer Success, Representative, has answered questions since the install with regard to our homeowners insurance and was kind and informative! My morning view now includes my AMAZING solar??HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The whole experience with Everlight from the salesman to the install crew was great. The crew that came out to install our system was phenomenal. Super friendly and respectful. The whole experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done timely and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
Liam Dunnaway has lead the panel install on our home. They arrived on time as expected and worked as quick as they could with precision and professionalism. They are kind and aware that there are still people sleeping so they performed the tasks as quiet as possible.
