We really appreciated that the project coordinator and technician, Tom, attended one of our early sales meetings to answer all our questions and that he actually led the installation and was right there at every step. All the folks from Glow communicated so clearly throughput the process. This, by FAR, was the very best home improvement project we've every had.

Glow Solar was great to work with. I got quotes from about 7 different installers. Glow Solar was not the absolute cheapest, but their prices were in the lower half of my quotes. Also, they were very responsive unlike some companies. I had a lot of questions, and they were willing to answer all of them. I also had some thoughts on the actual design of the solar panel installation, and we worked through those and came up with a system that met my needs. Overall, the install took a bit longer than I thought it would from start to finish, but I appreciated the attention to detail of the work. One example of this is the conduit was run very nicely to minimize the look of it. There was some back and forth about the definition of the milestones with their admin team, but we came to an amicable agreement on this issue. Overall, I'm very happy with the final product. Lastly a shoutout to Tom who ran the project and kept me informed about the next steps.
