Don't trust anything the salesperson tells you! They installed my system 2 years ago. First my system was supposed to generate 12,000 plus kilowatts a year! Then it got reduced to a system that only generates a little more than 4,500 kilowatts. My salesman told me that I would still see significant savings! They installed 10 of my 13 panels on the east side of my house which gets sun about 3-4 hours a day! I basically pay the thieves 4+ months for producing very little and my electric bill is about 20 to 30 dollars cheaper! On top of everything they will not move the panels to the back roof which gets sun for 5 more hours in the winter and 8+ in the summer. Stay as far away from Sunrun ! I don't know if Gabby was the person you charged to help me, but she was not able to do anything except read from your company script! I consulted McLaren Middleton and even though there is $5,000 -10,000 fee it will be better than paying Sunrun $40,000 - 50,000 for their crappie system. I did not install the 10 panels on the wrong side of the roof they told me, you did ! Let me know when to show up in court because you breached the contract by installing my system incorrectly.

This is the worst company to deal with. When I bought my home, it had panels on it. I asked Sunrun for a flyer/pamphlet or something to give me info on my panels.. They had nothing. Then I sold my home, paid them an inordinate amount of money to pay in full the lease per sale, transfer of service was in place, autopay was off.... and they still took money for the lease + connection fee out of my account! Now I am on the phone with them trying to rectify this and I'm getting asked "Well, did you contact us after the payment was taken out?" Sir, what do you think I am doing right now? Additionally, why didn't you all document that this is no longer my responsibility, that my autopay was off, that you no longer have the right to take money from me? Horrible care of accounts. Only saving grace is the employees have been kind, when I have had the ability to reach any. I will never be using this company again in the future.

I just had my system installed this week.

Josh my Vivint rep guided me through the process in a way that not only provided me with all the information I needed but was extremely thoughtful and considerate.

Vivint's approach and method are the best out there. They provided for me the perfect solution that I could not find with the other solar companies. Their financing option is the most realistic and simple to apply for.

So far, I am extremely satisfied.

Don Gomez has made the transition to solar a wonderfully easy and great experience. Don was extremely thorough and detailed while introducing us to the solar program. Once the process was put in motion he continued to answer all question and concerns quickly and thoughtfully. No questions were off limits and he put our mind at ease while venturing into something we knew little about. We have recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. Vivant is a fantastic company and we are very pleased with our experience with the entire company.
