I could go on and on about everything this company did wrong in my solar panel installation, but it would take a book. Short version: terrible customer service, seems they have no idea what they are doing. They repeatedly made mistakes to the point where it took almost a year from signing the contract to actually getting my solar panels running. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility for their mistakes, and kept trying to place the blame of their mistakes on the utility company. After months of no contact from them, I was finally able to get in contact with someone who seemed very surprised that my panels were not running (it seems the company had forgotten about my installation). They were, however, quick to charge so I was paying both a full electric bill and a panel bill for months because of their mistakes. I was promised reimbursement for this, since it was in part because of their mistakes, but the customer service rep (Dana) who I had been in contact with ghosted me after making this promise and no one else could give me an answer. To top it off, now that I finally have my panels they were installed incorrectly and are only supplying 40% of the energy needed to power my home, so I’m still paying electric plus the bill for the panels. There’s so much more, but it would take forever to make a list of this company’s unprofessionalism. Save yourself money and go with true professionals for your solar panels.

Timelines depend on permitting, utility approvals, equipment availability, and installation schedules. It’s important to get a written outline of milestones, including expected interconnection dates. Delays can occur if applications need revisions or inspections are rescheduled. Request regular status updates and a primary contact.

Yes, assistance with documentation and coordination is part of most projects. Customers should verify who submits forms, who tracks approvals, and how activation dates are communicated. Keeping copies of all submissions can help avoid delays. Ask for a checklist of required steps for your utility.

Panel and inverter choices can be tailored to roof space, shading, and budget. During consultation, you can review efficiency ratings, warranties from manufacturers, and monitoring features. Clarify what is in stock versus special order. Request product spec sheets and a layout drawing.
