I would highly recommend Ready Solar and the product they sell & install. They are professional throughout the whole process. Eli’s Solar panel and EP Cube presentation was clear & informative. He was always available to us to answer all our questions & concerns. Then with the installation & meter swap Carla, Ready Solar’s concierge was most amazing! She is very knowledgeable to explain the whole set up process & was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had as well. We could count on her not to skip a beat in handling all our Solar panel set up details. She was very efficient and attentive in making sure the steps that were needed got done in a timely manner. She even helped set us up with a electric company to get the most savings out of our Solar and batteries. Everything that was promised & discussed from start to finish was delivered smoothly. We are excited to be new Solar customer and are looking forward to the savings & helping with our planet. If you ever decide to want to go Green, then RS is definitely the company to go with.

If I could give negative stars I would. I regret going solar especially with this company. Previous reviews said “sales rep will sale you their product then disappear” and that is indeed true. Our panel system stopped working 2 weeks ago and everyday since, we’ve gotten the run around when it comes to getting it fixed. No honest direct response to our issue, no timeframe or ETA for service. It’s been a nightmare and I would advise anyone to not buy this service.
