I can't say enough good things about StarAlt Solar! After my original installer did a poor job and refused to return my calls, I was stuck not knowing what to do. Thankfully, Joe, Rigoberto, and the entire StarAlt team came to the rescue! Unfortunately, StarAlt was able to get my customer installed, but at the end has left this customer uncomplicated! My customer from the (San Benito area) StarAlt, tried to install but left my customer's main panel looking like a abandon house.My customer has been calling StarAlt without having a response! It's been over a year without any call back or response, StarAlt also owns the $1000 referral amount. It's very sad to have a Solar Company that can't be professional or keep the customer happy .
Star alt Solar is highly effective and very professional. Their a local installer from McAllen and offered me a great solar system with a 30 year warranty excited for my panels to get turned on! Highly recommend them!
