Reviews mention quick installations and crews that are professional, courteous, and leave work areas clean. Several homeowners highlight smooth coordination and panels that look neat on the roof. There are also reports of communication lapses and project missteps in some cases, with a few customers noting delays or difficulty getting updates. Others say the company worked to resolve issues when they arose.
They came out and did all the work they said they would. They are a really nice bunch of guys. The panels look good on our roof. We are hoping for energy savings on our bill!!!
We had some issues, but what company doesn’t. The thing that I judge companies on is not when/if issues come up but how they handle issues when they come up. This company stands behind their reputation and truly makes attempts to make things right if issues arise.
very quick install. The crew was professional, courteous and clean. John, Abel and Rick did an amazing job on the install.
WARNING STAY AWAY: This company broughtdiffrent pannals than what was in contract. They installed panels on the wrong side of my roof. Once I let the installation crew and the rep, they stopped left equipment in my garage and back yard. They left never emailed, called me or left voice mail, 2 weeks later after calling daily to get status, texting and calling rep,and getting run around I canceled. They treated me terribly without regard. After 4 weeks of calling about them picking up their equipment, they finally called me and told me I still must have pannales installed. After 4 weeks without a call, email, voice-mail they expect me to follow through when they breached contract. I am a disabled veteran living on a small income trying to save money for my family. I will not have anybody bully me around or force me to do anything, I fought for my country and earned that right. This company is not gonna bully me into a contract after treating me like this. If you go solar please look somewhere else, my experience here as a veteran, family man trying to save money by going solar has been a nightmare.I am not a competitor or writing this to promote another company. Only to warm others about my experience with with your company. I have called customer service and emailed, you guys threatened to sue me for a breach of contract. However, you failed to bring proper panels, etc...I enacted the section of contract that allowed me to cancel prior to the connection date.
Very professional Installed panels very quickly and did a great job. John, Saul, and Abel were great.
