I have been a client of Solartime USA LLC since my initial installation in June of 2017. They have since removed my solar panels on August of 2021 and again in February 2026 due to damage to my roof shingles both times. The removal and reinstallation went very smoothly both times. They are truly a great family business that delivers fantastic customer service! Not a single solar panel has ever been damaged by hail!

Thank you Martyna for completing my grid tied whole home solar electrification project. The 69 plus roof and pergola ground mounted premium panels, three Franklin whole home A2 batteries, and the three SMA inverters are a superb DC coupled solar system. The added capabilities of the new Franklin A2 batteries are a very user friendly automated wifi capable system. I am extremely pleased with the technical support and expertise of Mike. I enjoyed working with Katheryn and her superb project management skills. She ensured everything was completed on time and within budget. The capabilities of the Generac 26Kw whole home secondary back up power is providing a unique new battery capability to our solar system. Our solar system can now power our entire home and charge the batteries simultaneously ... a superb user friendly automated added capability.

Highly recommend Solartime USA! I went with them because of their considerable experience, solid background and feedback from past customers. They did not disappoint and did a great job with my system. Everything was coordinated really well starting from survey and designing the system all the way until PTO. Kathryn, the project manager, was always accessible and professional and kept me up-to-date with the project. The crew, from the electricians to the installers, were just great. They answered all my annoying questions along the way with grace. I'm so happy with the result. My panels are producing as expected and my battery is keeping the house running all night.
