We had the pleasure of working thru this new addition with Terry, Drake & Sage with Firmament Solar. They exceeded expectations on customer service, they walked thru everything during the install, they were hands on and extremely polite. They are very family oriented and driven by the line of successors. They were knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. The process was very simple and I would recommended the group 100 times over. I see big things in the future if they continue doing what they do!
We're very impressed with our install. Terry and his team did a great job and the panels look amazing on the roof...very clean install. They put in a 22KW system (44 panels) and they had it done in 4 days despite some unforeseen challenges. Thanks to Sage, Drake and Josh for working safely in the crazy hot weather!EDIT: Great after sales service! I hadn't realized that one of our inverters was causing some grief. Terry contacted me and arranged to get it swapped out before I even knew there was a problem. He also took the time to make it happen during a personal trip. Thanks again Terry!
