When I was first looking into a solar system, I'd "Asked the Hat", who I should call. The great majority of respondents said "Firmament Solar Ltd". Thank you all! It was great advice. I'd had other quotes from Edm. and Calgary, but Firmament beat them all. Plus, they're a local firm so easily accessible if problems should arise down the road. Terry took a leading hand in the application process saving me the headaches, and the installation was smooth and professional. Great people to deal with.

They exceeded expectations on customer service, they walked thru everything during the install, they were hands on and extremely polite. They are very family oriented and driven by the line of successors. They were knowledgeable and skilled in their trade. The process was very simple and I would recommended the group 100 times over. I see big things in the future if they continue doing what they do!

EDIT: Great after sales service! I hadn't realized that one of our inverters was causing some grief. Terry contacted me and arranged to get it swapped out before I even knew there was a problem. He also took the time to make it happen during a personal trip. Thanks again Terry!

The Firmament Solar team are all genuinely nice people who care about doing things well, treating people with respect and courtesy, and building long-term trust with their customers. We're very happy with our solar install so far and looking forward to seeing it really perform over time.

Our particular roof configuration and location has limited south and southwest exposure. Terry was very thorough during the design process, working with us to choose the optimal system layout, and then helping us liaise with the City to ensure they allowed us a large enough system to meet our needs despite the challenges of our location.
