"They" (The other roofing guys) said a new roof would not be covered by Insurance...I heard that over and over by less capable roofing companies. I had given up hope on my hail damaged roof ever being covered by my home insurance. Well, that's when a confident man by the name Jarret Jenkins with Phoenix Roofing & Solar called and stated he thought he could make it happen. He did just that...he battled it out with my insurance company for better part of 5 months! He never waivered and never gave up! Today I am a proud owner of a new roof paid, other then my deductible, by insurance. To top off the experience Phoenix uses only high quality shingles and the workmanship is very good. If you need help to win the insurance battle; give Phoenix Exteriors a chance. Jarret Jenkins did what many others stated was not possible. THANK YOU JARRET AND PHOENIX! P.S.-Best part is that my insurance company is giving me a small discount on my home insurance since the new shingles are UL 2218 certified Class 3 shingles. I recently had my shingles replaced by Phoenix Exteriors and I am very satisfied. Nancy Chung did a fantastic job from start to finish. She was very thorough in the inspection of my roof, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I doubt my insurance company would have approved my claim without her detailed report of damage with follow up pictures. She visited my home and made inspections throughout the replacement of my roof and was on top of any issues that she observed. Whenever I contacted her with a question or concern, she responded promptly. I knew I could depend on her to handle the entire process efficiently and professionally which made the entire process go smoothly.
Excellent job replacing my roof. Chris was very prompt and courteous and took time to explain entire process to me. Knowledgeable, friendly guy and after talking to several roofing companies, I felt very confident in Chris and his guys ability to replace my roof. The whole crew that worked on roof was efficient, clearly very experienced roofers, worked clean and really did a great job overall. I would recommend to anyone in need of repair or new roof.
